Our team will also register your trip with the State Department through their Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP). STEP notifies the U.S. Embassy or Consulate nearest to your destination of your travels. This enrollment allows you to receive important safety and security information from the Embassy throughout your stay and enables them to offer support in the event of crisis, such as natural disasters, civil unrest or family emergencies.
